葱派商品配送范围为中国大部分县级区域以上地区，请在下单过程中选择正确的省、市。
配送费用
我们的产品报价都不包含运费；我们提供快递和货运两种发货方式，默认以货运的方式发货（发物流，货到物流点自取），具体发货地址以您提交订单的配送信息为准。

配送时间
定制类我们只能保证发货时间，到货时间各快递物流各不相同。
部分商品有货可以当天发货。

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. If your “ship to” destination allows for holiday and weekend pickup, delivery may be made on these days. If CongPa experiences a high volume of orders, delays may occur, but will not exceed 24 hours and are not compensated. CongPa will notify you if a high volume of orders is encountered.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery estimates are based on the total weight of your order and the shipping method selected. Please note that “shipping day” refers to business days and does not include weekends.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is completed and packaged, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, estimated arrival date, and delivery method.
Duties, Duties, and Taxes
CongPa is not responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
Damage
CongPa is not responsible for any product damage or loss during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
